The handover at 2:00 PM (from 2026 at 3:00 PM) and the return at 11:00 AM (from 2026 at 10:00 AM), or by arrangement, of the houseboat will take place at our
Berth Am Domstreng/Grillendamm 4.

Notes
No driver's license required
A driver's license is not required. The minimum age is 18.
Free instruction
With us, you will receive houseboat instruction including maneuvering completely free of charge.
Bed linen & Co
Please bring your own blankets, pillows, sheets, and bed linen. Towels are also required. This also applies when booking the stationary houseboat.
fuel
Upon delivery, you will receive the boat with a full tank. If you do not receive the boat with a full tank
We will charge €2.50 per missing liter, based on the fill level indicator. This amount is due upon return of the houseboat.
Pay in cash. Nearby refueling options can be found on the water maps we provide.
Final cleaning
A flat rate of €70 is payable in cash to a cleaning service of our choice at the start of the houseboat's journey for final cleaning.
Please remove your trash from the boat when returning it and leave the houseboat swept clean and with clean dishes. In the case of major soiling, such as stains on the mattresses or couch, or other large-scale soiling, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs.
Deposit

When taking over the boat, a deposit of €500 in cash is required, which will be refunded if the boat is undamaged and complete with all
The equipment will be returned. A deposit can also be paid by bank transfer, which will be returned to you on the following business day.
parking
Public parking is available directly at the houseboat, in the parking lot at Grillendamm 4, for a fee of €5 per day. Please report to the snack bar in the parking lot. In most cases, the day of arrival is not included.
Safety instructions

During the trip, we are available to assist you in case of emergency or by phone from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Travel between sunset and sunrise is not permitted. Locking is only permitted with the charter company's consent.
Sailing is not permitted in wind force 4 or higher.
Smoking ban
Smoking is only permitted outside on the houseboat!
